Bay Area (All Cities)
<< Return to Projects Page
Since our main office is centrally located on the Peninsula, our greatest density of jobs lie in the Silicon Valley region. Our foam roof insulation products have been popular for a variety of types of buildings in the Bay Area. We've roofed a lot of Eichler and Streng homes which have flat roof and low slope roof structures. Tilt-up warehouses, and other flat roof commercial buildings also represent a lot of the jobs indicated. Some of these commercial buildings have barrel shaped roofs. On both residential and commercial buildings, flat roof structures are often surrounded by parapet walls. Parapet walls help to hide equipment, skylights, and roof-level patios.
Our foam projects often are installed on new construction. However, the majority of our projects have involved replacing an existing roof system. Roofs that we've replaced have included, tar and gravel or built-up roofing, cap sheet, modified bitumen, EPDM or single ply, metal, torch-down, and more. These are all flat roof systems that usually have slopes ranging from perfectly flat to a 3/12 pitch. Installing spray foam roof insulation in place of the old roof system conserves energy in both the summer and winter. In addition, all of our roofs are topped with cool roof coatings which have significantly reduced the Urban Heat Island effect in the Bay Area.
