Dura-Foam Solar Center has a varied presence in Millbrae. Various roof replacement projects among residential and commercial customers have taken place in Millbrae since 1981. Flat roof styles that have been replaced include tar & gravel, cap sheet, EPDM or single ply, torch-down, and built-up roofing. On projects without any dry-rot, we were able to prepare the old roof membrane as a substrate. Spray foam roof insulation adheres vigorously to properly prepared substrates. Reusing the old roof membrane as a substrate helps the environment by reducing landfill waste. Since these foam roofs are built to last 40+ years, our Millbrae projects are natural candidates for solar power.
