5 & 25 Plan
To keep a Dura-Foam roof in its renewable state, the first recoat should be applied at year 5 and the second at year 25. Subsequent recoats are applied every 20 years. When the time comes to add a skylight, add a room, or penetrate the roof for any reason, the Dura-Foam system allows for these types of modifications. Newly roofed areas are permanently and reliably connected to existing roof ares. Our foam roofs sustain construction foot traffic without damaging their waterproof integrity. Important: be sure to have your contractor consult with Dura-Foam before penetrating the roof system.
