Dura-Foam roofs include a 10-year Leak-Proof Guarantee. Our roof warranties are hassle-free and are not pro-rated. Our Leak-Proof Guarantee is extended to the 15th year when Dura-Foam roofs are re-coated five years after installation.
We stand behind our quality systems with our extendable ten year warranty. Extend your warranty to 15 years by recoating after year five.
Free five year inspections
We inspect our roofs to track roof care and performance. This is a long-term roof. Our reputation depends on maintaining a good relationship with each roof, and owner. Every fifth year after an initial roof installation, the property owner is notified of our free inspection offer. Upon inspection, the technician performs any touch-ups that may be needed to ensure roof durability.
