Q: What kind of warranty does a Dura-Foam roof come with?
A: Dura-Foam roofs include a 10 year leak-proof guarantee. This warranty is not pro-rated, meaning that leak repairs are performed at no charge. Also, this warranty remains valid regardless of whether or not the roof is maintained with a re-coat and Free 5-year Inspections. The warranty is extended to the 15th year when re-coated at year five.
Q: Is the Dura-Foam warranty pro-rated?
A: No, the Dura-Foam warranty is not pro-rated. This means that warranty repairs are covered at no charge to the roof owner.
Q: How fast does Dura-Foam respond to requests for warranty work?
A: Because our roof systems very rarely leak, our staff is readily available to respond to warranty related requests even during the most sever thunder storms. We can usually send a service technician out to a roof the same day when calls are received before 9:00 AM. Next day service is available for calls received later in the day.
