Service Policy

Note: Agreeing to the service policy on the contact form does not authorize Dura-Foam to perform work.  After submitting your information, a Dura-Foam representative will contact you to provide further details and ask for your approval.

Service Estimates are Done by Phone or Email

Service requests usually DO NOT require the visit of an estimator and are almost always done by phone or email. Should you require service, fill out our service estimate form and we will contact you to arrange for a service technician to perform the required services on a Time + Material basis.

Roofs Under Warranty

Warranty work on existing Dura-Foam roofs is performed in accordance with the terms of the original roof contract. Roof repair is free only when the leak is Dura-Foam's fault. Repairs not covered by warranty shall be charged to the customer on a time + material basis at Regular Service Rates.

Roofs Out of Warranty

All repair work is charged strictly on a best efforts basis at Regular Service Rates with no guaranteed results.

Regular Service Rates

Minimum charge for service is $150. This minimum charge covers up to one hour of service. Materials are additional. Additional time is $25 per man per quarter hour.

Terms of Payment

Payment is due upon completion by check or credit card. Upon completion of service, a bill is presented to you for payment. If absent, you are called with a Service Total, and your credit card is charged this amount.
